My Group Residentials:
What They Are, What I Do and How They Help Your Teen.
When your Teen joins one of my small group residentials, they enter a safe, structured and highly therapeutic environment designed specifically for teenagers who need behavioural, emotional or social support. These programmes are intentionally exclusive — just 3 to 4 teens per week — so I can work closely with each young person and ensure the group dynamic is healthy, safe and productive.
These residentials are led by me personally. With over 26 years’ experience as a Teen Behavioural Consultant and Psychotherapist, I provide daily One-to-One sessions, small group work and continuous therapeutic guidance woven naturally into every activity. Nothing is clinical or intimidating; everything is built around trust, routine, accountability and growth.

The programme takes place in the natural surroundings of North Wales and North West England, giving your teen space away from digital distractions, pressure, and noise. This minimalist approach helps them slow down, reflect and build emotional resilience.
What Your Teen Will Do Each Day
From morning routines to reflective conversations, structured tasks, outdoor challenges and shared responsibilities, every moment has purpose. Whether cooking, activities, talking through emotions or learning new coping strategies, your teen is supported throughout by my therapeutic guidance.
