A DECISIVE INTERVENTION
Residential intervention is considered when behavioural difficulties have progressed beyond what the family can reasonably manage at home.
This may include persistent defiance, school refusal, escalating conflict, withdrawal, risk-taking behaviour or other patterns that are affecting the stability of the family.
The purpose is not simply to remove a young person from their environment.
It is to create the conditions for meaningful change.
Through structured 1:1 intervention, I work to interrupt established patterns, establish accountability and restore a healthier balance of authority within the family.

I work with a strictly limited number of private families each year.
Every engagement is personally assessed, individually designed and overseen by Damon.
This allows for a level of discretion, continuity and flexibility that is difficult to achieve within larger residential or institutional programmes.
