Private Family Interventions. Personally Led From First Contact.
A discreet, direct and individually managed approach for families facing complex behavioural difficulties.
Damon Bachegalup provides private, bespoke family interventions for families experiencing persistent conflict, defiance, disengagement or complex difficulties involving their son or young adult male, typically aged 15–25.
Each engagement is personally led by Damon, from the initial enquiry and suitability assessment through planning, coordination and delivery.
There are no layers of account management, no routine handovers and no need to explain the family’s circumstances repeatedly to different representatives.
One direct relationship. One consistent point of contact. An intervention shaped around the individual family.
Direct Access to Damon Bachegalup
For families managing sensitive or complex circumstances, continuity matters.
Damon works directly with parents, family representatives, personal assistants, family offices and trusted professional advisers. He remains the principal point of contact throughout the application and planning process, helping ensure that communication remains clear, discreet and coordinated.
This approach is particularly suited to families who value privacy, personal accountability and a carefully managed process rather than a standardised programme.
A Bespoke Intervention, Not a Standard Package
No two family situations are identical.
An intervention may involve persistent conflict at home, rejection of parental authority, school or university disengagement, entrenched behavioural difficulties, strained family relationships or a situation in which conventional approaches have failed to produce meaningful progress.
Depending on suitability, the work may involve:
Private online family intervention.
Individually structured one-to-one residential intervention in the UK or Spain.
Discreet in-person intervention within the family home.
Coordination with parents, personal assistants, family offices and relevant professional advisers.
The approach is developed around the circumstances, needs and objectives of the family. An intervention is considered only where the situation falls within Damon’s professional remit.
A Private Process for Families and Their Representatives
An enquiry may be made directly by a parent or by an authorised representative acting on the family’s behalf.
The process begins with a confidential initial enquiry, followed by a personal review of the circumstances. Where appropriate, and subject to suitability and availability, the family may be invited to a paid consultation.
An enquiry does not automatically lead to an invitation or an engagement.
This selective process allows both the family and Damon to establish whether the circumstances, expectations and proposed intervention are a suitable match.
A Deliberately Limited Practice
Damon accepts only a small number of intensive family engagements each year, with a planned capacity of approximately three to four families.
This limited capacity allows each engagement to receive direct personal attention, careful preparation and continuity throughout the agreed process.
The practice is not designed for high-volume referrals or open-ended general enquiries. It is intended for families seeking a discreet, individually managed response to a complex situation.
Working With Personal Assistants and Family Offices
Damon understands that a private family engagement may be initiated and coordinated by someone other than the parents themselves.
Personal assistants, family-office representatives and trusted advisers can make an initial enquiry, communicate practical requirements and help coordinate arrangements, subject to appropriate authorisation and confidentiality.
Damon remains directly involved in the process. The family’s representative is not passed through a succession of departments or intermediaries.
Private Enquiries
Damon Bachegalup works with a limited number of families in the UK and internationally.
Each enquiry is reviewed personally. If the circumstances are suitable and capacity is available, the next step will be explained directly.
Private family intervention for complex behavioural situations. Personally led. Individually structured. Discreet by design.
