Professional Associates

Where appropriate, a small number of trusted professional associates support aspects of residential work.

These individuals are carefully selected based on their experience in working therapeutically with adolescents, as well as their ability to operate within structured, high-trust environments.

All associates:

• hold relevant professional qualifications

• have experience in adolescent behavioural support

• are fully vetted and Enhanced DBS checked

• understand the importance of discretion and confidentiality

Therapeutic & Safeguarding Support

During private 1:1 residential interventions, additional support may be introduced where it enhances the quality and safety of the work.

This can include:

• therapeutic input to support emotional processing

• safeguarding oversight to ensure best practice at all times

• additional professional presence where appropriate

All involvement is coordinated and directed by Damon, ensuring consistency, clarity and continuity throughout the intervention.

Any professional involvement is:

• selective

• discreet

• aligned with the overall intervention strategy

The focus remains on maintaining a contained, stable environment in which meaningful behavioural progress can take place.
