Damon Bachegalup provides private one-to-one residential intervention for young men aged 15–25 where behavioural difficulties, disengagement or family conflict may benefit from a more intensive and individually structured approach. Residential arrangements can be considered in the UK or internationally, depending on the case and location. The work is tailored to the individual rather than delivered as a group camp or standardised programme, with family involvement and preparation considered as part of the wider intervention. All engagements are subject to assessment, suitability and appropriate safeguarding arrangements.
Each engagement is built around one individual.

A DECISIVE INTERVENTION
Residential intervention is considered when behavioural difficulties have progressed beyond what the family can reasonably manage at home.
This may include persistent defiance, school refusal, escalating conflict, withdrawal, risk-taking behaviour or other patterns that are affecting the stability of the family.
The purpose is not simply to remove a young person from their environment.
It is to create the conditions for meaningful change.
Through structured 1:1 intervention, I work to interrupt established patterns, establish accountability and restore a healthier balance of authority within the family.
